As a new Chiropractic patient, we will help guide you through your first appointment. We always ease any uncertainties by answering all the questions and concerns you might have before, during, & after coming into our office.

 As you walk into our office, the day of your first appointment, our front desk staff will be waiting and ready to greet you.
Our staff attending the front desk will be happy to assist with getting you set up with the proper paperwork needed if not already completed.

 Getting to know you

After completing paperwork, it is finally your turn! One of our certified CT's will take you back to one of our three treatment rooms.


During this time, either our certified CT or Dr. Evan himself, will go through your paperwork with you and talk about what is bringing you into our office. Overall, asking all the important questions and documenting your answers in your notes. This will give the doctor a better idea of your current condition. 

Treatment

Once the intake is finished, Dr. Klueger will go over your responses to questions and conduct a few exams or tests to better evaluate your areas of complaint. He will then walk you through his course of action, goals that are set, and the treatment he recommends.

If at this time, you agree and feel comfortable with this plan he will continue on with the appropriate adjustment and / or therapy treatment.


At Falls Healing Arts, you are never tied down or locked into a treatment plan. The doctor suggests what treatment plan would be best and it's up to you to decide to follow that recommendation / request. Although, unable to do so will likely result in little to no improvement of your condition. Depending on the condition, Chiropractic care can take some time for results- days, weeks, or sometimes months of continued care will get you to your desired goal. It's rare to have your areas of concern back to normal after just one visit.

  How long is the first appointment?

 The first appointment typically takes an average of 25-45mins. 
(This includes time for 
paperwork, intake, & treatment.)
Each patient is different with their needs/ wants and the amount of time to satisfy that. 
Dr. Klueger is committed to taking the time needed for your individual treatment.

Are x-rays required?

X-rays are not required to be taken during your first appointment. 
If the doctor would find it necessary after his exam and before processing further with treatment, he will request to take them either during that appointment or to schedule another separate follow-up appointment. 

Do I have to do the whole "new patient" process if i'm just interested in therapy?

 Yes. All new patients, whether coming in for Chiropractic treatment and/or the therapies we offer, an exam must be done by the doctor. 
This is to determine if that therapy you are interested in, is the correct fit to treat your condition. 

 What if i'm unsure about becoming a new patient?

 That's ok! If you would feel more comfortable meeting and speaking with the doctor before becoming an official patient, we are here to work with you.

Give our office a call and we will schedule a consult appointment. No pressure to become a patient if it's not a good fit for you.
